Clients and Case Studies
As the world opens up and clients seek to shape the future with ambitious projects several international clients have asked for examples of projects that were both successful and worldwide. Three are described here – along with one written up by the volunteer team from a Shell Oil platform which still makes us smile.
* These projects were undertaken when Tim headed Ryder-Marsh Safety but many of RM’s lead consultants from those days now work for Anker and Marsh … and are even more experienced!
Terex
Terex were a very client where the global LTI rate had hit a glass floor despite everything structural being in place. (Many, many clients report figures that fit the infamous ‘safety wave’ as described in Tim’s book “Affective Safety Management”).
Alfa Laval
With the accident rate in many counties unacceptable a programme of cultural improvement was undertaken. This kicked of in India then spread around the world – focusing first on the worst performing countries.
Technip Group
We were approached at a conference in Barcelona in 2009 by a major International Oil & Gas Company who had “story telling” and vision consultants in to paint a picture of the “letter we can send to employees 3 years from now” to celebrate success.
