Who we are

World leading speakers on safety culture, human error, wellbeing and resilience.
Jason Anker MBE
Professor Tim Marsh
Jason Anker MBE, Jason Anker has long been regarded as the UK leading inspirational safety speaker. He still provides his famous ‘5 seconds’ talk but has also added a new talk ‘It’s Not About the Fall it’s About the Bounce’. Written with Tim, this talk covers Jason’s mental health crisis following his fall and subsequent recovery.
Jason now explores and discuss-es why he made the wrong safety choice on the day of his accident and now realises his own Health and Wellbeing played a big part in that decision. Jason now expands on his original story ‘A Fall from Height’, he still talks openly talks about his work-place accident and the effect this had on himself, family, friends and work colleagues but now also explains how his state of mind at the time of his accident contributed to his decision not to Speak Up.
Professor Tim Marsh, Tim delivers talks about safety culture, human error and wellbeing and resilience in a user-friendly style that blends leading edge theory with humour and popular references.
Over the last 20 odd years Tim has given key note talks all over the world including every major European country as well as the Middle East, India, Malaysia, Singapore, South Africa, New Zealand and the USA. He makes a big effort to explain leading edge concepts with everyday examples, interaction and humour to maximise understanding and ‘stickability’ of the key messages. For example, he gave the closing keynote speech at the Inaugural Campbell Institute ‘International Thought Leadership’ conference (Dallas 2014) scoring 4.64 (out of 5) for “knowledgeable and interacted well with the audience”
